# Adding Your Team Schedule

If your team already uses TeamSnap, LeagueApps or another scheduling app, you can show its games and practices on your team page. You set it up once and HockeyShare keeps it up to date.

## Step 1 — Copy your calendar link

In your scheduling app, find the calendar export or subscribe option and copy the iCal or ICS link. It usually ends in .ics or starts with webcal://.

## Step 2 — Add it to Team Sharing

Go to **Team Sharing → External Calendar**.

1. Paste the link.
2. Choose your timezone. Event times are shown in this timezone.
3. Click **Save & Sync**.

You'll see when it last synced and how many events it found. A **Schedule** section is added to your page the first time you save a calendar.

## On your team page

The Schedule section lists upcoming events by day, with times and locations.

## Keeping it current

The calendar syncs on its own about every hour. Click **Sync now** to pull changes right away. Click **Remove** to stop showing the calendar.

## Good to Know

- If the link stops working, syncing pauses after several failed tries and you'll see "Syncing paused after repeated failures". Copy a fresh link from your scheduling app, then re-save it or click **Sync now**.
- Up to 100 upcoming events are shown.
- All-day events and multi-day tournaments show as **All day**.

## Tips

- Use your team's main calendar link, not a personal one, so everyone sees the same events.
- Rename the section to something like "Games & Practices" in **Customize Page**.
