# Team Sharing FAQ & Troubleshooting

Answers to common questions about your team page.

## Sharing content

**A plan I shared isn't on the page.**
Team Share turns a plan's share link on, but if the link's expiration date has since passed, the plan drops off the page and shows **Not on team page** in My Plans. Move or remove the expiration date in the plan's sharing settings. Date-based changes can take a few minutes to appear.

**A playbook disappeared from the page.**
Turning off a playbook's share link also takes it off your team page. Turn the share link back on, then turn on **Team Share** again.

**A member can't see a video clip.**
The clip may be set to **Only selected members**. Open the clip, click **Team Share…**, and add them or choose **Everyone on the team**.

## Access

**My team keeps being asked for a password.**
Your page is in Password mode. Viewers need to enter the password once per browser session. To give each player their own login, switch to Member access (Premium).

**An invite link says "Invalid Invitation".**
Email invites expire after 7 days and stop working if you cancel them. Expired invites are marked **Expired** under **Pending invites**. Click **Resend** to send a fresh one, or send the invite link instead.

**Someone sees "Members Only".**
They're signed in to an account that isn't a member. Ask them to sign in to the account that accepted the invite, or send them a new invite.

**How does a player or parent leave my page?**
They can click **Leave Team Page** on your page, or remove it under **My Account → My Memberships**. You can also remove them from your **Members** list.

**Can HockeyShare support reset my team password or let someone in?**
No. Only the coach who owns the page can change the password or invite members.

## Turning it off

**What's the difference between Un-share All and Disable?**

- **Un-share All Content** takes every item off your page. Your link, password, custom URL and members stay the same.
- **Disable Team Sharing** turns the page off completely. It un-shares everything and removes your members, pending invites, password, custom URL and activity history.

Your drills, plans and other content are never deleted.

**I disabled Team Sharing and turned it back on. Why doesn't my old link work?**
Turning Team Sharing back on creates a new link. Claim your custom URL again, then send the new link to your team.

**I changed my custom URL. Does the old one still work?**
No, the old custom URL stops working. Your original link always works.
