# Association Library: Sharing Across Your Organization

If you're a member of an association, you can share Vault items with every coach in it. Shared items appear in the **Association Library**, where other members can open them and copy them to their own Vault.

## Share an item with your association

Open the item's **⋮** menu and choose **Share with Association**. Tick the associations to share with and click **Save**. The item shows an **Association** badge.

To share several items, select them and choose **Share → Share with Association**.

## Browse the Association Library

Go to **Vault → More → Association Library**. Filter by association, by the coach who shared it, or by type. Tick **Include my shares** to see your own shared items too.

## Copy an item to your Vault

Open an item and click **Copy to my Vault**. You get a private copy. The original isn't changed.

## Good to Know

- You need to be a member of an active association to see the library.
- You can share your own links, notes, files and images. Drills, plans and other linked items can't be shared from the Vault.
- Other members can view and copy your item, but can't edit it.
