Accordian with side change

Description:

Forwards and pucks on all 4 blue lines. D behind forwards

2 D take places at red, F3 makes wall pass to D who is skating backwards. He quickly passes puck over to D1 who has taken support position below D2 in zone. D1 quickly skates up and makes hard pass to F1 who is posting up at the boards. During this F3 is timing the play so that he/she is coming full speed and can receive a direct pass from F1.

F1 and F3 enter zone and finish the drills at your direction, I have illustrated one option.
