07/06/09 - Connect with Your Friends in the Contest!

We've added lots of cool new social networking features to the 10,000 Pucks Contest. Now you can:

• Add friends in the contest
• Update your 'status'
• Add photo albums
• Add a profile photo
• Talk in the 10,000 pucks social group to ALL the participants
• Create your own blog

These features are all now available to players on the Dashboard. Coaches can connect by going to the "My Social Profile" link on the left.

06/10/09 - Teammate Shot Totals [ NEW FEATURE ]

Now you can let teammates view your shot totals. Simply go to "My Profile" and click on "Yes" by the "Show Teammates My Shot Totals" option. Now you can see how you're effort is comparing to your teammates! Keep shooting those pucks...enjoy!

Welcome to the new and improved 10,000 Pucks - 1 Summer Contest website! We're excited to announce several new features to the site this year. Some of the new features this year are:

1. Team Tracking - coaches can now create teams for the contest that players can join. Coaches then can track the progress of their players throughout the contest. Players can also see how many shots their teammates have been logging!
2. Dashboard Page - we created a 'dashboard' page to give you a quick overview (including graphs) of your progress in the contest.

3. Set Your Own Goals - 10,000 shots a few too many? No problem, you can now set your own goal and the system will automatically adjust to tell you how close to your goal you are!
4. Photo Uploads - upload photos of yourself shooting all those pucks!
5. Yearly Comparison - did you participate last year? If so, you can see how your progress this year stacks up against your shot count from previous years of the contest.
6. Challenge Others - want to see if you can shoot more pucks than your teammates? Invite others to participate in the contest simply by using the 'Challenge Others' link!
