What is the status of my order?
Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. You should receive notification from either from the US Postal Service or UPS (depending on the shipping method selected for the order) upon shipment. If you haven't received shipment notification and would like to know your status, please contact us with your order number.
I'm having trouble logging in, how can I get my username or password reset?
The first step is to try our Lost Password Recovery Form. If you are still unable to login, please contact us with your username and email address used for registration. Please note your passwords are encrypted, so we are unable to retrieve them. We can however manually reset them if necessary.
I haven't gotten the account activation email, what should I do?
If you haven't seen the activation email after your registration (non-Facebook Connect), please check your spam filter / junk mail box to ensure the message did not get flagged as spam. Also, it may take up to 1 hour for the activation email to be sent. If you still haven't received it, please contact us with the username and email address you used for registration.
