Description

Fast paced drill to work on many facets of the game. Passing, agility shooting, tempo and for the goalies tracking and squaring up to shooters.

Set up as shown and drill starts on whistle. Player doing the shooting always starts the direction they shoot, ie if you shoot right handed you go to your right to pick up 1st puck and same if your left handed.

Drill ends after each passer has passed to shooter 3 times and then they rotate and set up to start again.

Shooter must take shots from different areas , between the tire and net, outside the tire , over the tire

Passers make good hard passes, again if they cant receive a hard pass thats on them, you have done your job they need to do their job and learn to take a pass.

Notes: For younger players or first time doing drill you can leave the tire out of the set up.
