Description

Both sides activate simultaneously
Drill should run 20-25 seconds
F1 drives net, receives pass from coach, quick shot on net
F1 takes position near side of net
F2 is next in line, releases with puck, give and go with F1, shot on net
F2 takes position on far side of net
F3 next up, releases with puck, and passes to F1
F1 passes to F2
F2 passes to F3 for quick shot on net
Three forwards then release for full ice 3v2
At other end coach passes to D1
D1 passes to D2 for shot on net
Coach rims puck to far boards
D2 collects puck and passes to D1 for shot on net
2 Defense then gap up against odd man rush
