Description

High paced drill to work on angling and targeting point of contact of opposition

Set up as shown, players on their knees facing each other at faceoff dots.

On the whistle the D player stands and skates backwards and pivots around tire and forward around inside tire.
Forward player stands turns around and skates out and around far tire to pick up a puck.

F player skates down the boards trying to get to the goal line while the D player tries to pinch F player off along the boards , either stopping player or separating puck from F
