Description

Players drive around pylons wide and protect puck from coaches poke check. They try to score. Progression 1 cut out front.(Once from each side) Progression 2 wrap or come out. Progression 3 try to deceive goalie with head, puck , and body fakes.

Notes: Can have 1 or 2 other players join as defender, teamate for 2-0 or as defender and teammate as 2-1. X1(shooter/passer) becomes X2(teammate) X2 becomes X3 (defender)
