Description

Coach dumps puck into corner for 1 v 1 battle
Player who wins puck battle makes pass to winger providing low support and they attempt to gain a 2 v 1 advantage against defender in other direction
Player who loses puck battle must back check hard
D2 must gap up against 2 v 1


Initiate contact first in puck battle, then lift stick
Drive inside to create space on the outside
Drive the net hard - Fight for good shooting position
Second forward get the rebound!
Effort on the backcheck - Full speed!

Run drill on both sides simultaneously
