Description

1. Set up 6 players as shown - 2 F and 1 Def team vs 2F 1 D team. 2 Fwds set up on OUTSIDE of circle on the side with the net they are attacking. Cannot enter circle OR go into their defensive end.
2. Defenseman must stay INSIDE the circle and on their defensive side of the circle.
3. Conditions set up for a 3v1 PP set-up (triangle) where look for sliding pucks to weak side back post options. Lone defense must have active stick and head on swivel.
4. If puck scores or leaves circle, coach sends in new puck immediately.
