Description

RED
-player skates with puck and perform a wrist shot from the dot

BLUE
-player passes to coach and get into position to receive pass back
-take a few strides and take a wrist shot from the dot

BLACK
-player scoops a puck and skates wide around the cone to take a shot
-player then scoops another puck and skates around far cone to shoot from opposite angle
