Description

Skating Around the rink clockwise. Quick acceleration around cones and crossover around bottom of circles.
* Skate hard on the first whistle
* Coast and pump legs to keep speed on second whistle

Add Pucks after a couple of laps
Add eagle turns around pylons
Change directions
