Description

Defence start skating hard to blue line, Pivot around pylon and skate backwards to goal line. Next Defene goes when previous defenceman reaches blue line. Repeat pivoting on both sides. Repeat again using pucks and again do both pivots.

Reverse the drill have them start out backwards and pivot forward at the blue line. Do same as above.
