Lane Skate

Description
Set up for lanes divided by pylons shown in orange on the diagram.
In first lane set up pylons for tight turns, pylons shown in black. Coach sets up in pylons to coach players through tight turns.
In 2nd lane have players drop to their knees at the bluelines and hop back up. Coach in position to reinforce instructions
In 3rd lane have players skate backwards.
In 4th lane have players skate hard back around the net. Have coach pursue some players.
