Lane Passing

Diagrams

Description

Setup all players in 2 lines on opposite sides of the goal net. One line with pucks. Setup pucks at both ends so they alternate who starts the drill at each end. 1 player leaves from each line and the player with the puck starts off by passing the puck to the other player and following their pass skating in behind the player receiving the pass and skating hard to be a good passing option. The player receiving the pass will skate across the ice to where the player that passed to them used to be. Once there they will look to pass back across the ice and follow their pass. The pattern repeats down the ice.
