Basics of scoring options READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS
Set up as shown , start on coaches whistle.
Player on outside takes the puck down the boards without moving towards the net , your target is the corner .........you are not even considering shooting, you are thinking pass all the way.
Second players can not leave until first player has crossed the blue line and must go straight down ice not towards net until you cross the blue line.
Puck carrier continues down staying close to the boards and towards the back of the net, second player goes to front of net finding an open spot to receive a pass.
This is where you start looking over your options as the puck carrier, you can go behind the net or give a pass while making the goalie think you're going behind the net.
Each side in this demonstrates options but the puck carrier must read the player he is going to pass to and the player receiving the pass must be ready at anytime to take a one time shot.
Notes: After team has done this at a few practices add a defensemen to the equation
