Description

D back up from blue line and accept pass from F1.
D transition skates around the dot and steps up to make a cross-ice pass to F2.
F1 saves ice skating across and receives pass from F2.
D1 gaps up with speed and plays 1 v1 or 2 v1.

Coach blows whistle D1 gap up to blue receive pass from other side and continue drill

Notes: Drill can be 1v 1 or 2v1
