Description

Coach at center ice dumps puck in
D performs shoulder checks and collects puck
Perform 2 escape moves behind net
Come out using crossovers around circle
Hard stop at the blue line
Around pylon 1 and pass to coach
Backwards transition around pylon 2 and receive pass from coach
Escape move at pylon 1
Forward on other side of pylon 1 and pass to coach
Backwards transition around pylon 3 and receive pass from coach
Escape move at pylon 4
Net drive and shot

Notes: Head up, feet moving, square up to coach and be ready to give and receive pass
