Description

F skates with no stick forward the entire way and proceeds around the furthest pylon and attempt's to get to the post of the net. D skates forward with no stick to the closest pylon, pivots backward and plays F 1 on 1.

Progression 1: Give F stick (no puck).
Progression 2: Give F a stick and puck.
Progression 3: Give F a stick and puck and D a stick.

Notes: - Good gap control (two sticks maximum)
- Match speed
- Eyes on logo not down at the puck
- Keep them outside the house
