Description

X1 and O1 race around net to receive pass from coach. winner skates to and around cone outside of zone. Returns to shoot on net. second player goes to second cone, pivots and defends against attack on net. 1 shot 1 rebound.

Progression 1: leave loose pucks in zone for 1st skater to grab and skate.
Progression 2: add pass to defender at blue, pass back in and attack net.
