Description
Forwards: F1 drives around the low pylon picks up a puck and drive the side of the net for a shot. Then pivots the high pylon and receives a pass from C. Then drive the other low pylon picks up a puck and drives the lane for a third shot.
Defensmen: D1 sprints to the hash marks picks up a puck skates backwards around the pylon and takes a shot on net. Then drive to the far boards to either pick up a puck at the hash marks or stops a ring shot around the boards by the coach. Skates backwards around the pylon for a shot then quickly skates backwards around the middle pylon and drives the net for a back door pass from the coach.
Notes: This drill adds quick feet, endurance and strength. One at a time
