Description
F1 starts between hash marks facing the boards, legs wide, stick on the ice
F2 shoots puck between F1 legs off boards to activate drill
F1 explodes with continuous crossovers, around low cone, around high cone, shoot to score, stop at net for rebound
Switch to high to low with net drive
Switch sides at 5 minutes
