Description

While stickhandling the puck, children skate AROUND the pylons and when they get to the slot they can take a shot on net.

Progression 1: Stop at each pylon with the proper foot at each pylon. (Stop with right foot at right pylons and left foot and left pylons).

Progression 2: A coach chases the player through the drill to attempt to get them to move a bit faster, simulating a game situation.
