Description

3 Players from one end leave with the puck. Always follow your pass and create a weave down the ice. Once entering the zone, pass to player in corner with a quick pass back, and all 3 players turn and repeat down the ice, setting up for a 3 on 0 on the goal. As soon as black turns to leave zone, red follows with 3 players following them. While black goes to net, red passes to corner, gets a quick pass back, and turns and leaves the zone the opposite way. Once red leaves zone, next group of 3 from black follows and repeats.
