Description

Offensice Cycle:
X1 starts out entering the zone and a shot on net. Coach places a puck in the corner, X1 swings low for puck drops back to X2 swinging low behind X1. X3 drives the net. X2 has 3 options drive net, pass to X1 in high slot, pass to X3 in low slot.
Defensive pinch:
D4 starts the drill by picking up a puck behind the net and rings it off the boards. D1 pinches along boards to gain control. Has 2 options quick side movement and takes a shot, passes to defenseman driving the backdoor pass.
