Description

Relay race. Full speed drill. 2 players at a time. Forward skating around 1st pylon, pivot at 2nd pylon, backwards to 3rd pylon and pivot, forward skating to 4th pylon and pivot, backwards to 5th pylon and pivot, etc. go around far pylon and full speed to goal line when next player in line starts. Loosing team stop and go.
