Description

Drill runs at both ends simultaneously
On the whistle each coach dumps a puck in for 2 v 2 battle
Teams must be aggressive on the forecheck/puck battle and maintain possession
On the second whistle the team with possession must tag up at the blue line, and then attack the net on a 2 v 0
The team without possession must backcheck hard to break up the 2 v 0 at the other end
