Description

Divide players in half in neutral zone
Players with pucks are stickhandling through sticks/feet
Players without pucks are standing still and not trying to get the pucks
Switch every 20 seconds

*Progress to Penguin Knockout
All players with pucks in neutral zone trying to knock others pucks out
Confine to circle when numbers get low
Include coaches
