Description

Run from both sides of the ice. Pucks behind the net.
Players with puck carry in for a quick shot, and then peel off behind net to pick up new puck. At the same time the next player skates in a top down formation to the boards and players on boards skate around on their path to get a quick pass from the player on the boards, and skates down the side of the ice and shoots on the goalie. As he crosses the blue line the next 4 players go. After the shot, he peels behind the net and the sequence continues.
