Description

All three Forwards will start the drill at the far blue line and curl. Each forward will fill the three lanes receive a pass from the coach and attack the offensive zone 3 on 0 (A defenseman will be added later). Puck carrier gains the zone wide on the defenseman, first forward will drive the net, last forward entering the zone will be support for the high slot. Puck carrier has three options shoot, pass to net driving forward or pass to the high slot.

Defensemen will be added later to take away some lanes for the puck carriers options
