Coach puts puck on the hashmark, X and O go for the puck for retrieval; O goes first on thein to apply slight pressure (doesn't try to win the battle) X lift the stick of O and separates with body (stick scoop and bump), take the puck escapes up to the cone, deck on a side and takes a shot
