Description

Split into 3 groups. Rotate every 4-5 minutes.
Group 1 - Offense Zone Face Off
Group 2 - Defense Zone Face Off
Group 3 - Off the Glass Breakout
Go through Offensive and Defensive Zone faceoffs.
Not specifically on positioning, but rather where to go once the puck is dropped.
We won't spend a lot of time on it, and it is more for the forwards, but important for all. We will run a few scenarios showing where everyone goes and that it takes 5 guys to win a face off.
