Description

Divide the ice in a zone in half and have X1, X2, and X3 on one side as offensive players with O4 and O5 as defensive players. Place O1, O2 and O3 on the other side (opposite O1 and O2) and X4 and X5. The coach dumps the puck and the defensive players have to get the puck to the offensive players on the opposite side who attempt to score. The scoring team gets to stay and the losing team needs to skate to the goal line on the other side and back. A new team moves in to battle the scoring team.

Notes: You definitely need different colour jerseys for this drill to work.
