Line Stickhandling Circuit

Description
- On the whistle x1 (and x2) take their pucks and start to stickhandle the blueline. At the end of the blueline, the players make a cut back 180' and start to stickhandle the blueline in the other direction. Once x1 gets to the middle cone, they get the inside of the cone and make a pass to the next player in line. X1 gets the pass back and attacks the net with a shoot.
- Narrow stick handles
- Wide stick handles
- 1 Narrow stick handle, then snap puck to the backhand, 1 narrow stick handle, then snap the puck to the forehand (full extension)
- In-between your skates
- Off of your skates
Notes: Head can be down in the natural position, but eyes are up!
