Description

X starts without a puck and curls toward the centre ice on the opposite side of the pylon line. O times skating with the puck and makes a pass to X. X receives the pass and skates down the ice, avoiding coaches and taking a shot on the net. O skates the same pattern on the opposite side and receives a pass from the next X in line. This happens in succession until all players have received a pass. The last pass is made by the coach.
