Description

On whistle, X1 against X2

X1 pivots at cone while X2 performs tight turn at cone

X2 tries to get passes X1 who is skating backwards while shadowing X2

Both must stay within lane and use crossovers while X1 "stands his ground" preventing X2 from getting past him

Drill ends at goal line

X3 and X4 next in line
