Description
Coach Lateral Pass
- coach makes a flat pass to X1
- focus on skating after stabbing the ring - NO GLIDING
- X2 & X3 provide gauntlet, simulating defensive zone triangle
- after player stabs the ring ensure 3 additional strides before shooting
- X1 will loop around and perform the drill 3 times, then rotate
