Description

F1 starts with the puck. On whistle F2 and F1 skate as fast as they can and make at least one pass down the ice before the far blue line. D1 chases and backchecks the two forwards. The players get one shot on the net and come back to start on the same side they started. Alternate sides.

Notes: Players should focus on open ice carries and players without a puck should try to get ahead of the play. The defence needs to pick a player and exert pressure.
