Description
Players line up in corner and leave within seconds after each other.
Progress to pucks and then to pivoting at the dots. eg. facing the far end the whole time.

Tags: Tight turns while keeping knees bent. Inside leg leads the way as does stick. As you turn your body look to where you want to go and ur body will follow.
