Description

All players start from the D zone position.(set up cones as opponents)
On 1st whistle sprint to FC position and stop(set up cones as opponents)
On 2nd whistle sprint back to original D zone positions and stop
Always skate back through the middle
On 3rd whistle sprint to the bench and new group sprints into the defensive positions
