Description

PHASE 1 Left side of ice diagram
C dump puck into corner/ 2 offensive players vs 3 defensive players(B1 B2 R)
Pin opponents / Rover secure puck & start the exit
HS & LS skate into and stop in the check out zone(F2 & F3)

PHASE 2 Right side of ice diagram
Rover skate behind net with puck and start the exit
LS fans to the wall / HS overloads to the middle
B1 jumps into the rush
B2 secures and follows up
