Description
PART 1 Of The Drill
Set up in D zone positions
Coach pass to other coach in corner
Players sprint to rotated positions and stop
Coach passes back to coach in corner
Players rotate back to original positions and stop
PART 2 Of The Drill s on the left side of the ice rink diagram
B1 pins the coach/ Rover secures puck and starts the breakout / B2 opens up into the corner / LS holds until the pass is made from R to B2 / B2 skates and passes to either option.
1) LS option 2) Rover option
Then pass to stretch player on the wall(HS) and enter 5v0/ B1 join the rush
