Swedish 2 v 1 Cross ice

Description
High paced 2 on 1 drill that involves everyone, all players must stay within the 4 tires until its time to shot.
Set up as shown and on whistle coach passes to 1 of the 2 offensive players.
The O players must make 3 consecutive passes before taking a shot.
If the defending player get the puck he passes it back to the coach , if D deflects out of playing area coach passes new puck into play.
|All players standing in the lines count 1, 2 ,3 as each pass is completed.
Once 3 passes have been completed the defending player is done , the player with the puck shots on closest goalie and coach passes a second puck to F without a puck and they shot on opposite goalie.
Players keep shooting same puck until they score , meaning they chase down their puck and keep shooting until they score.
Once they score whistle blows and new set of players enter the box
