Description

Station #1:
Ensure that all players have 2 pucks. This is a stationary drill. Ensure that shooting technics are used and re-set for shot #2. Go through the Wrist shot, snap shot and slap shot.

Station #2:
Same drill as station #1, but add the element of foot movement. Each player will only have 1 puck, but adds a forward movement on the shot.
