Description

This is a flow drill designed to keep players moving while getting the vision of whats going on around them too.

Set up as shown

On coaches whistle drill starts , X1 & X4 one direction O1 & O4 the opposite direction

X4 & O4 go to the corner , pick up a puck and head to start a breakout.
X1 & O1 sprint down over the goal line and start heading back to hash marks to receive breakout pass.

If passer is in position first but receiver is not ready yet do not pass
If receiver is ready before passer is be patient and wait for pass

After pass has been made the next group of players start their turn at the drill.

Puck carriers sprint down and shot from the hash marks , passers SPRINT back into line opposite from where you started.

After shot has been taken shooter MUST SPRINT back into line opposite from where they started .

DO NOT COAST BACK INTO LINES YOU WILL MESS UP THE FLOW OF THE DRILL

Notes: Halfway through switch side and do drill the opposite direction.
