Description

1) F1 skates up the ice around the cone
2) F2 skates backwards and receives a pass from F3
3) F2 then passes to F1 who skates down the ice and shoots
4) F2 then skates forward around cone
5) F4 then skates backwards and receives a pass from F5
6) F4 then passes to F2 who skates down the ice and shoots
7) F4 then skates forward around cone and the drill cycles
