Description

Simple but effective skating drill that can be used as a warm up

Set up as shown and start on whistle. Both skaters must do 1 complete counter clockwise revolution around the the circle then either can do whatever they want as long as they stay on the line of the circle and not in the circle.

Drill continues until puck carrier has been caught, coach picks next 2 skaters and drill starts again.
