Description

Players will be broken into two ends with one player on the wall side, one in line with the dot, and a coach at each blueline. Players must wait behind the ringette line. On the coach's whistle players will race to a puck the coach has spotted at the far blueline and attempt to shoot on the net.

The whistle should be blown quickly and the play is done as soon as the puck is lost. Players will get no more than three seconds from getting the puck to a shot being taken on the net.

Notes: The cadence of whistles should be quite rapid to get maximum repetitions. Players should pair up with different players at least for each successive round.
